Feedback

I aim to provide a way of working that fits you like a bespoke suit or a pair of well-fitting shoes. Sharing with me your honest views and preferences about our work is essential to enable me to do this.

I will regularly invite and welcome your feedback. Please let me know if something is working for you and - conversely - please do not keep quiet when you are not sure or unhappy about something I say or do.

When our work comes to an end,  I will always invite you to complete an anonymous online survey about your experience. You will be under no obligation to respond, but if you do your responses will be very valuable in helping me to provide as helpful a service as possible.
